A week or so after I graduated high school, I was particularly bored at work and got a text from my mom saying we should go on a road trip the following week. Sure enough, a week and a half from that day we were armed with sundresses and iced coffee and arrived in Portland!
Portland is lovely. It's like a mini version of North Boston/Seaport District. Think cobblestone streets, compact buildings stacked practically on top of each other, bookended by ports.
I didn't bring my usual camera, so I only have photos from my iPhone. Apologies for the poor quality.
