What do you get when you combine a gelateria and an espresso bar? Magic. I photographed the creation of Fresca Gelateria's cafe mocha for Spoon NYU. Instead of using chocolate powder/syrup to make their mochas, they steam a few scoops of their chocolate gelato. Shout out to Spoon University and Fresca Gelateria for the opportunity!
